• Please let us know if you see something that could be unsafe to yourself or others. We will promptly take action to fix things on the spot.
• Patients, family members and friends are encouraged to let us know of questions, concerns and complaints without fear of reprisal.
• Concerns or complaints regarding safety or service may be submitted verbally or in writing to:

The Joint Commission will conduct an unscheduled, unannounced on-site survey of Riverview Hospital Association in 2008 or 2009.

The Joint Commission is an independent, not-for-profit, national body that oversees the safety and quality of health care and other services provided in accredited organizations.
